PACS is committed to promoting"people-centered climate solutions". Our organization is based on a Chinese team and a Philippine team to build the bridge and strengthen the communication and interaction between China and climate-vulnerable countries on the aspects of mitigating and adapting to climate change. PACS has been legally registered in China and the Philippines.

Focus on the transformation of Shanxi province from a coal-heavy and high-carbon to a green,diversified, sustainable, and highly technological economic model.

Enhancing communication on the urgency of climate change and international frontier news; Promote public awareness of climate change in China.

Coordinate the exchanges between the civil society in China and BRI partner countries in the aspect of green and low-carbon lifestyles and green employment; Promote the development of low-carbon habits in the daily life of citizens; Cultivate young climate activists.

In 2022, our organization hosted the Shanxi-Indonesia Bilateral Forum themed "coal-free future" at the conference of China and International Fair For Trade In Services, which was recognized by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and the People's Government of Beijing Municipality.
