Tom Xiaojun Wang is a seasoned communication strategist and executive with extensive experience in NGO management, media relations, and campaign coordination. As the Founder and Executive Director of People of Asia for Climate Solutions (PACS) since November 2018, Tom has been instrumental in shaping the organization’s overall strategies, developing key partnerships across media, NGOs, business sectors, and governments, and driving fundraising initiatives.

Before founding PACS, Tom served as a Senior Communications Advisor and Coordinator for the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids in Beijing from February 2017 to November 2018 and Communications Director and External Liaison Advisor for Greenpeace East Asia   from August 2005 to May 2016. He established and managed the Communications Department, coordinated stakeholder relationships, and ensured the integrity of Greenpeace’s branding in mainland China.

Oscar S. Gabriel, Jr.

Oscar S. Gabriel, Jr.'s journey is marked by exceptional academic achievements and exemplary leadership qualities, making him a true role model in the field of education and beyond.

Oscar pursued higher education at Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at PCHS, excelling academically while continuing to demonstrate exemplary leadership qualities. His dedication to personal growth and academic excellence propelled him to earn a Master of Arts in Teaching at the Philippine Normal University and a Doctorate in Educational Management at Marikina Polytechnic College. Additionally, he was awarded a prestigious scholarship at Penn State University in the USA for his exceptional contributions to Human Resource Workforce Development.

After his distinguished academic career, Dr. Gabriel embarked on a new chapter dedicated to making a positive impact on a global scale. After 24 years of service in the academic realm, Dr. Gabriel embraced a new role as the Organizational Development Director of People of Asia for Climate Solutions (PACS), where he spearheaded initiatives addressing urgent challenges posed by climate change. His commitment to environmental sustainability and social responsibility drove him to focus on empowering aspiring individuals to pursue studies abroad and contribute to global efforts in tackling environmental issues.

Aileen Camille B. Dimatatac


Aileen Camille B. Dimatatac is a dynamic communication strategist and visual storyteller with extensive experience in creating and implementing media strategies for non-government organizations. Her expertise lies in liaising with media agencies, producing compelling multimedia stories, and focusing on critical social issues through her lens.

Aileen’s experience spans various prestigious organizations. She has worked as a Media Consultant for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), a Media Liaison for 350 Pilipinas, and a Media Officer for Greenpeace Philippines. Her work has consistently involved organizing media events, managing media databases, and producing high-quality multimedia materials.

Aileen Camille B. Dimatatac continues to empower and inspire through her storytelling, teaching, and relentless dedication to highlighting and addressing pressing social and environmental issues.

Renato Redentor Constantino


Also known as Red, is the Executive Director of the Institute for Climate and Sustainable Cities (ICSC). With nearly three decades of experience, Red has worked extensively with international climate, development, and environment campaigning organizations across South, Southeast, East, and Central Asia.

Red is the author of *The Poverty of Memory: Essays on History and Empire*, and has contributed to several anthologies.Under Red's leadership at ICSC, he published and contributed to *Agam: Filipino Narratives on Uncertainty and Climate Change* (ICSC, 2014), which is recognized as one of the world’s first literary anthologies focused on climate change and uncertainty. The anthology received three national book awards.Red's writings, which encompass history, memory, environment, and development, have been widely published and translated into several languages.

Cesar Carlito Reyes Baclagon


Also known as Chuck, is the Associate Director for Asia Digital Campaigns at 350.org, a global grassroots climate movement dedicated to holding world leaders accountable to the realities of science and the principles of justice.

Before joining 350.org, Chuck spent nine years at Greenpeace Southeast Asia, where he significantly enhanced the organization's digital campaigning capacity. His journey in activism began during his studies at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, where he pursued a degree in Journalism.

Chuck's extensive experience and commitment to climate justice have made him a key figure in the digital activism landscape in Asia.
